Val-Co Inlets

When it comes to natural ventilation, we have many solutions. So whether you need air to come through the wall or the ceiling, VAL-CO has an inlet that's right for you. The VAL-CO Air Inlet Doors are engineered to provide an economical means of air distribution in a mechanically ventilated barn.

Framed Inlets

With all vinyl construction, these foam insulated doors and flexible door seals direct the air up along the ceiling. Our framed inlets are easy to install and the maintenance is a breeze! Custom lengths are available for special order, if needed.

Tunnel Vent Doors

VAL-CO Tunnel Inlet Doors add flexibility and energy conservation. With seven times the insulation value of curtains, they reduce cold zones during winter that cause heaters to use more gas. You are also able to force the air up to eliminate dead air spots. The VAL-CO doors are made to be installed continuously, but can also be installed individually between knee braces. Our continuous hinge is reinforced with Stainless Steel for durability. Our Tunnel Inlet Doors have internal wooden stiffeners for added reinforcement, and an extra large continuous seal along the top and ends to seal out drafts. Better insulation, tight seals, and better airflow all combine to make your house more efficient and save you money.

Metal Inlets

If metal inlets are what you had in mind for your house, we've got them too! You can choose from either stainless steel or galvanized vent doors, available in 7" x 45". Both feature stainless steel hinges for long life and extended closure bracket for easy actuation.

Continuous Inlets

Our continuous ceiling inlets are designed for cage-row ventilation of large layer houses. They provide optimum ventilation for all cage-rows, with no dead spots or uneven areas.

Power-Flo™ Ceiling Inlets

VAL-CO’s new Power-Flo™ Inlets, constructed of rugged, non-corrosive polyethylene, provide superior, maintenance-free fresh air ventilation. Power-Flo™ Ceiling Inlets control air velocity and volume for optimum animal comfort. The unique Biflo design allows draft-free air distribution throughout the confinement areas and eliminates heat loss and back drafts.

Chimneys

VAL-CO Chimneys offer energy saving natural ventilation and provide consistency and precise control. Natural Flow Chimneys can be used throughout a wide variety of building designs, geographical locations and installation methods.

Ridgevents

VAL-CO's Ridgevents are constructed of a single piece, non-corrosive fiberglass that's attractive, durable and maintenance-free. The specially engineered design allows for greater air volume intake. VAL-CO's Ridgevents are available with or without a damper. The damper option allows the ridgevent to be closed completely during inclement weather. And during periods of maximum ventilation the vent can be opened fully.

SafeTRAC™ Operators are the most durable performers in the business, as they will provide you with a smooth and quiet operation for many years. The SafeTRAC™ Ball-screw and Acme-screw models are available in 36”, 48”, 60”, and 72” sizes with 230 V dual-frequency motors for domestic and international use.
