The Center belt automated nests are a proven design with coated bottom and gradual slope for gentle egg rollout to prevent cracks and checks. Hinged perches provide easy closeout. The steep roof and unique anti-roost guard prevent roosting and debris build-up. Large ventilation holes allow fresh airflow.

The Side belt automated nest has hinged closeout lids to restrict access and unique anti-roost guard with folded edges. Steep roof design reduces dirt and debris build-up. Ventilated partitions allow fresh airflow. Molded plastic bottoms are contoured to fit the natural shape of the hen and are available with turf or finger pads.

Egg collection tables are heavy steel construction – galvanized and powder painted. All models have pinch roll drive with cast iron bearings and are designed for easy maintenance and adjustable height. Self-adjusting counterweight belt tensioners and adjustable belt tracking extends egg belt life. Large utility shelf with light fixture comes standard. Large removable debris trays provide easy cleaning.
