Revolutionary Static Pressure Control with the optional Static Pressure Sensor. No more slow and inaccurate vent operation. Static pressure memory allows the GainTRAC to memorize the perfect inlet position and move the vents directly there. Intelligent software readjusts the opening based on current conditions. Ramping allows you to increase static pressure automatically as outside temperatures drop. User adjustable static pressure alarms warn of inlet or fan malfunction. Control will operate sidewall vents as tunnel mode fail-safe inlet as an added benefit.

Effective Environmental Temperature. Measuring only temperature means hit-and-miss natural ventilation, or it could force you into tunnel ventilation too early for young birds. GainTRAC measures wind chill and eliminates the confusion over what the birds are actually feeling. Sensors measure the temperature, airspeed and humidity and combine them in a copyrighted formula to allow the grower better control over actual house conditions. Lower temperature stress means better weight gain and better feed conversion ratios. Precise control cuts energy costs from over-ventilating.

High Humidity Cutoff. Protect birds from heat-humidity stress by turning evaporative cooling off based on the heat index (relative humidity plus temperature). Safely operate tunnel houses without the fear of adding too much water in humid conditions.
