Stacked Cage Systems
VAL-CO's Stacked Cage Systems provide an ideal environment for egg production, while maximizing feed savings. Our cage systems are constructed with corrosion resistant Galfan® mesh, making them last a lot longer than systems made of other inferior materials. Narrow and wide feed trough and chain are available, should you have a preference. And when needed, a built-in steel cart guide provides additional strength and longevity. Each cage compartment has a full sliding door that can be operated with one hand, providing easier access into the cage. Our vertical egg collector has been designed to allow gentle transportation to the cross conveyor for safe and precise egg handling. This was accomplished by eliminating timing and the single filing of eggs. Plus the rubberized egg tray cushion will also prevent checks and cracks. And to top it off, we can integrate our VAL-CO watering system, including regulator and flush kits, which is designed for easy assembly and consistent operation. All of VAL-CO's cage systems are engineered to provide superior performance for years to come.
VAL-Comfort Modular Stacked Manure Belt Cage Systems
The VAL-Comfort Modular Stacked Cage System is available in 3 to 10 tier configurations. The modular design allows easier assembly and manure belt access. The reinforced trough, which is available in both narrow and wide, eliminates the need for an additional cart guide. The manure belt system is self cleaning and designed for exceptionally good tracking. An optional supplemental air tube is available. These VAL-CO Cage Systems meet or exceed UEP standards.

Our Sacked Dropping Board cage System has a unique dropping board rail with an extended flange to reduce manure drop through, while the captured manure scraper with stainless steel blades can't jump its track and damage the cages above.
