Pullet Cage Systems

VAL-CO's Pullet Cage Systems have been designed to improve uniformity and livability of the pullet. Our cage systems are constructed with corrosion resistant Galfan® mesh, making them last a lot longer than systems made of other inferior materials. The reinforced wide feed trough eliminates the need for additional cart guides. Our cage front features allow easy access to the feed. These features include a feed gate which can be adjusted from the end of the row, reducing labor costs. A large push in door allows good access to the pullets. And to top it off, we can integrate our VAL-CO watering system, including regulator and flush kits, which is designed for easy assembly and consistent operation. Like the adjustability of the feed gate, the water line height can be adjusted from the end of the row, reducing labor costs, but also improves access to water. All of VAL-CO's cage systems are engineered to provide superior performance for years to come.

VAL-Comfort Stacked Manure Belt Pullet Cage Systems

The VAL-Comfort Stacked Pullet Cage System is available in 3 to 8 tier configurations keeping the comfort of the pullets in mind. The flooring is available in either 3/4” x 3/4” or 1” x 1” mesh making it more comfortable for the pullet to stand on. The manure belt system is self cleaning and designed for exceptionally good tracking. When comfort is needed, look no further than VAL-Comfort Cage Systems!
