A-Frame Cage Systems
VAL-CO's A-Frame Cage Systems provide an ideal environment for egg production, while maximizing feed savings. Our cage systems are constructed with corrosion resistant Galfan® mesh and the built in steel cart guide provides additional strength and longevity. Narrow and wide feed trough and chain are available, should you have a preference. Each cage compartment has a full sliding door that can be operated with one hand, providing easier access into the cage. The rubber 'finger' egg collection system we use allows gentle transportation to the cross conveyor for safe and precise egg handling. The rubberized egg tray cushion will also prevent checks and cracks, providing even safer handling. And to top it off, we can integrate our VAL-CO watering system, including regulator and flush kits, which is designed for easy assembly and consistent operation. All of VAL-CO's cage systems are engineered to provide superior performance for years to come.

Our Dropping Board system has a unique dropping board rail with an extended flange to reduce manure drop through, while the captured manure scraper with stainless steel blades can't jump its track and damage the cages above. Now that's innovative thinking! These VAL-CO Cage Systems meet or exceed UEP standards.
Dropping Board CageVAL-Comfort Curtain Back Cage Systems
VAL-CO's Curtain Back system uses a durable snap-on curtain attachment to help prevent manure from getting into the lower cages. Each of these manure curtains has a full support wire panel for additional strength... and that added strength can come in handy! These VAL-CO Cage Systems meet or exceed UEP standards.
