HyperMAX™ Galvanized Fans
VAL-CO’s HyperMAX™ G Series galvanized slant wall fans (available in 48" and 54"), with their break through engineering, are capable of delivering approximately 30,000 CFM. The HyperMAX™ fan series delivers high performance and maximum value. Using new technology in computer aided design, the orifice, blade, cone and motor combinations optimize the use of the motor’s power curve. With higher CFM and CFM per Watt per fan, producers need less fans per house to achieve the desired air moving capacity. The galvanized steel motor mount and drive assembly utilizes a rugged box frame design that increases motor life while providing quieter operation. VAL-CO’s HyperMAX™ offers a broad array of options including different drives, aluminum or PVC shutter and single or three phase motor with various operating voltages. The HyperMAX™ G Series fan is backed by VAL-CO’s Long Life warranty.

VAL-CO's HyperMAX™ Fiberglass fans (available in 36", 48" or 50") are constructed with a corrosion-resistant, high quality molded fiberglass housing providing superior durability and long life. Using new technology in computer aided design, the orifice, blade, cone and motor combinations optimize the use of the motor’s power curve. With higher CFM and CFM per Watt per fan, producers need less fans per house to achieve the desired air moving capacity. Performance enhancing exhaust cones are available in fiberglass or poly. Slant wall design provides reduced weather intrusion, easy cleaning, water drainage and improved performance.

Available in four sizes and in variable speed, the VAL-CO Air Circulation Fan effectively circulates the air. During brooding, heat, which rises and becomes the top stratification layer in the shed is circulated and mixed with lower stratification layers, stabilizing the environment to help reduce heating costs. Fan features include single and three phase motors, easy to clean and durable PVC coated guards designed for low air restriction. Available support options include post, ceiling and wall, which allow them to go practically anywhere.

One of the key features of this fan is the availability of the belt tensioner option, which self adjusts the belt tension on the fan with no intervention from the user, allowing you to get the best flow possible.
