Stainless Steel Feeders - Bolted or Welded
VAL-CO's Stainless Steel Pig Feeders are available for ALL phases of pig feeding in single or double sided models. The VAL-CO feed adjustment system, included on our stainless steel feeders, is fast and easy to operate. Select any one of 12 positive lock feed settings for optimum feed efficiency, while having peace of mind knowing that the settings cannot be altered by your animals. These feeders, bolted or welded style, are contoured for minimal feed waste and for ease of cleaning. Our innovative bolt-together feeder - the newest in our stainless steel line - can be purchased assembled or unassembled, which allows for compact packaging and can help reduce shipping costs. And with the bolt-together feeders, you can order replacement parts, without needing to replace the whole feeder. This is just another example of VAL-CO keeping the customers needs in mind.

Stainless Steel Wet/Dry Feeders
Now you can mix the feed and water for optimum feed intake for growth efficiency. Available as a nursery, wean-to-finish or finishing feeder, the 304 grade SS and high quality plastic construction make these feeders durable and easy to clean. With 25 adjustable settings for precise feed control, you can always be assured that no matter what age your pigs are, they will get the right amount of food at feeding time. On the Nursery Feeder, the pan design and nipple placement allows easy access for small pigs. With our Wean-to-Finish Feeder, the proven pan design provides efficient feed and water consumption by having three nipples and two feed platforms, allowing more pigs to eat at one time. The large pan design of our Finisher Feeder allows more pigs to eat at one time as well. All of VAL-CO's Stainless Steel Wet/Dry Feeders provide less waste and more gain!

Wet/Dry Tube Feeders
VAL-CO's Wean-to-Finish Tube Feeders save time, labor and management of moving animals during various stages of growth. These tube feeders, constructed with a heavy 16 gauge 304 SS welded trough, has a separate compartment for feed and water. With it's large 4" PVC feed tube, a spinner agitator is equipped to prevent feed from bridging. Adjustment on these feeders is as easy as turning a crank. Once adjusted, drop the crank handle into the nearest slot to lock your setting. Available in 48" and 60" widths, optional polyethylene hoppers provide additional feed capacity if needed... because you never know when your pigs will eat like pigs!
