Fogging Systems

Fogging / Misting Systems are used worldwide in environmental applications that require cooling, humidity control, chemical applications, dust control, odor control and more.

PolAIR™ High Pressure Fogging System

The PolAIR™ High Pressure Fog System is VAL-CO's most efficient and requested cooling system. With operational pressures of 1000 to 1500 PSI, it atomizes water into billions of micron-sized droplets which flash evaporate upon contact with the air, for the greatest possible temperature reduction. PolAIR™ High Pressure Fog Systems are custom designed and installed with little or no structural modifications. VAL-CO sales and application engineers gather the required project information and, using a software program developed by VAL-CO, perform psychrometric calculations to ensure that the proper amount of water is evaporated to achieve maximum results.

Low Pressure Misting System

VAL-CO's Low Pressure Misting System uses nozzles with the highest quality and technology, creating a fine mist that evaporates quickly, lowering the temperature in a short period of time. It has an operational pressure of 60 to 200 PSI and has an anti-drip feature. If you don't need a lot of pressure, but need a cost-effective misting system, VAL-CO's Low Pressure Misting System is the one for you.

PolAIR™ Flex Fog System

The PolAIR™ Flex Fog System represents VAL-CO’s newest cooling technology, bringing flexibility in cooling capability, performance and installation. Enjoy the benefits of high performance cooling such as even temperature reduction, no-drip atomization nozzles and quick and easy installation at or below the cost of conventional pad cooling. New and exciting in the PolAIR™ Flex Fog System, is the use of a flexible hose which is capable of operating from 600 PSI to 1000 PSI giving the grower the options of a mid range pressure system all the way to a high pressure system. Flexibility is the key – flexible in pressure, performance and installation.
