Comfy Calf Suites
Welcome to the next generation in calf rearing! The VAL-CO Comfy Calf Suites make inspection and feeding of calves faster and easier, compared to enclosed shelters. The design of the Comfy Calf Suite helps improve the health of your calves by providing better air quality (having open tops) and reducing their contact with disease (isolating each calf with the plastic sanitary dividers). The dividers that make up the Comfy Calf System remove quickly and easily, when required, making cleaning very simple. Group penning is an option with the easy removal of dividers as your calves mature. Available in various sizes and with various options to best suit your needs.

VAL-CO's Freestalls are designed with cow comfort in mind. Our freestalls are plate mounted for better strength and durability while providing increased comfort levels with its open concept design. To make things easier, it features a fully adjustable neckrail and brisket bracket. All freestalls are made of heavy-duty 2 3/8" OD tube and hot dipped galvanized for longevity... and it has a heavy-duty 3 1/2" post with gusset for added strength. Available in 79 1/2" and 85" lengths, VAL-CO's Freestalls are also available in calf and heifer models.

VAL-CO's Tiestalls are higher up for increased cow comfort. They come complete with 3" heavy duty post and bolt-on 2 3/8" divide for increased durability, while being hot dipped galvanized provides for greater longevity. Available in two styles: narrow arch and single post.

Comfy House
The Comfy House is VAL-CO's answer to anyone who needs affordable housing for any animal that requires protection from the elements. Three house designs — quonset style, straight wall and traditional ground-to-ground hoop houses — are available in various sizes to accommodate whatever space you have allotted. Designed for maximum diffused light and natural ventilation, the Comfy House is an all-weather, all year structure. Some of the options available for the Comfy House are manual or automatic roll-up curtains, fluorescent lights, heating, electronic controls, feeding systems, watering systems, and much more. The possibilities are endless with the Comfy House!
