Tip Troughs

If you're looking for an easy way to clean out your cows troughs, look no further. VAL-CO's heavy-duty trough can be tipped over for easy and efficient cleaning. Even though it's constructed with long lasting 10 GA material, hot dipped galvanized for durability, an even longer lasting 12 GA SS construction is also available. With its high capacity (6 FT trough holds about 80 G), VAL-CO's Tip Trough offers great flexibility with 2 types of mounts — wall or floor mounts — and 2 types of fill systems — high-flow float system or gravity fill system.

Heavy-duty headrail clamp significantly increases stall strength and stability.

Brisket Pipe Bracket

The brisket pipe bracket attaches directly to the stall. It is easily adjustable to accommodate different animal sizes, making it an easy choice for you.

Adjustable Rail Bracket

VAL-CO's adjustable rail bracket is very cost efficient and is able to meet the needs of your cows. Designed with an open concept, the adjustable rail bracket is great for a temporary situation, because it can be removed at any time and a self-locking feed front can be installed on existing posts.

Auto Release Self Locking Feed Front

VAL-CO's Auto Release Self Locking Feed Front is durable and easy to operate. This unique self-lock system features and auto lock training position, auto lock locking position and an auto release feeding position. Up to 100 FT of VAL-CO's Self-Lock can be attached to one handle and it allows you to keep or release one animal at a time. Available in 8 FT, 10 FT & 12 FT sections for cows; 10 FT & 12 FT adjustable sections for heifers; 6 FT, 7 1/2 FT & 9 FT sections for calves.

Angled Feed Front

Designed to reduce feed wastage, VAL-CO's angled feed front makes it difficult for the animal to pull feed through the openings into the pen, which also helps keeping their space clean. The neck openings can be easily adjusted to the exact size required.
