Blair grew up north of Toronto where his father still operates the family feed business. Since receiving his degree from the University of Guelph, he has spent the past 25 years in the animal nutrition and equipment industries throughout Canada and parts of the US. For the past 10 years he has focused primarily on swine equipment and, most recently, was responsible for North American sales for a pig feeding equipment company in Denmark. He lives in Stratford, Ontario, with his wife, Kate, and two children, Connor and Kourtney.

Carl Jones is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Education. He spent 6 years in the pork food industry and has worked the past 12 years in the poultry industry. He brings several years of knowledge to VAL-CO customers having served as a broiler service tech, pullet service tech, pullet manager and spending the last 3 years as hatchery manager.

Carl has been married for 20 years to his wife Amy and they have two children; Jerek, a 19 year old college freshman and Olivia 16 yrs old high school junior. Carl is involved in the Siloam Springs High School Band Booster Club, enjoys spending time with his family, and he loves to play golf.
